Betsy is looking for her perfect adoptive home; could that be you?
We rescued Betsy, who was being advertised on an online selling site unspayed, and stepped in to assure her she was truly safe. Her life hasn’t been great because she was bred from and not treated kindly.
Well, this girl is just the best! What a great little character she is. We have been truly enjoying caring for her. Betsy can be a nervous girl meeting new people. She likes to suss you out first to make sure you’re a good human. Who can blame her for that?!
We know the type of home and environment that will suit her well; she will be perfect for a single lady on their own who wants the company of a little dog; she will become your right-hand girl and follow you everywhere; she loves being outside and pottering around so a lovely spaced secure garden would be great for Betsy, if you’re into gardening she is the type of girl who will happily sit beside you and be the gardening assistant that you never knew you needed.
Betsy is more scared of men, so she needs a single lady adopter.
Betsy needs a calm home where she doesn’t have to worry about too many people coming and going. She just wants a peaceful life with a person who will shower her with nothing but kindness. That sounds quite appealing, actually. Betsy has the right idea!
She really is a little dot who, in another life, would have lived happily forever at Freedom Farm. However, we’ve told her she can be adopted, so she must find her own person. However, we will always be here for her if she ever needs us. She really will make a lovely companion.
Betsy is good with other dogs, but we feel she may be happier alone as she doesn’t have to learn to share her human; she deserves all the love for herself. Betsy has a funny little bark, which almost sounds like she is trying to communicate with you, she’s a very adorable, funny girl who really will make someone’s life shine much brighter.
